According to the Michigan Department of Education, approximately 850,000 students are transported daily on about 17,000 buses within Michigan. When those buses stop to let children on and off, other vehicles on the road are required to stop. Muskegon Area ISD's public information officer, Kristin Tank, and communications project specialist, Rick Witham, created a video to demonstrate Michigan's bus safety laws.
